Corporate Social Responsibility

Our commitment to our community is taken very seriously. We provide legal advisory and subject matter expertise on regulatory compliance.

Banking & Finance 

We advise both lenders and borrowers in security documentation. In particular, we assist banks in drafting contractual agreements for their various commercial activities including, but not limited to, various security documents (security deeds, debenture agreements and share charge documents).

Entertainment Law

We provide legal services to those in the entertainment industry comprising music, film, TV, theatre photography and the visual arts.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

We have experience in dealing with complex litigation disputes and provide a robust and practical approach to litigation and dispute resolution.
